Welcome to Martindale River Ranch, this is our beloved family river home. We bought this house in 2019 after dreaming for decades to have a spot on the San Marcos River. After many months of renovations to the space we were able to call this our dream home. Split between Austin and Martindale, we are able to rent this house house out during the year to share this special spot with you and your family. We hope you love it as much as we do!

The house is a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home with a large play room and an office. We have a large kitchen pull of cookware the help you create your favorite meal! We have a sprawling farmhouse style dining room table, as-well as a gorgeous wooden dinner table outside to hunker down and share a meal with your crew.

We have the garage full of games like pingpong, foose ball and darts! There is also a fleet of kayaks and tubes to make exploring the water easily accessible. There is a picnic table down by the water as well as a pop up tent to help the Texas sun more enjoyable.

We are no strangers to the surrounding towns of Martindale, San Marcos, New Braunfels or Austin so if you would like recommendations for your next outing please feel free to reach out!
