Ready to hit the water? We’ve got multiple kayaks and tubes that will help you explore the San Marcos River that is literally in our backyard! There are plenty of lifejackets to help keep your family safe and a picnic table right by the water for those who would rather stay on land.
Theater & Play Room
Our theater and play room is the best spot in the house to kick back a watch a movie to unwind after a full day outdoors. With a projector and a full wall screen you won’t miss any detail of your favorite family flick. Still want to play? We have a giant connect 4 board and a huge selection of board games to choose from!

Getting dirty is inevitable out here at Martindale River Ranch, but don’t worry. We’ve got you covered with a washer, dryer, laundry detergent and dryer sheets to help make sure you’re leaving with clothes coming home cleaner than when you arrived!
